Service Agreement
Platform access is governed by individual service agreements and SLAs. Usage must comply with applicable laws and CSSphere acceptable use policies.
Intellectual Property
All CSSphere software, documentation, and branding remain the exclusive property of CSSphere Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CSSphere provides services on an “as available” basis within the scope of agreed SLAs. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
